***0-day Enabling Signature Updates for Ashampoo's Security Software***

In this tutorial we take a close look at the way the Ashampoo's signature update server identifies our computer through our Machine Globally Unique Identifier (MachineGUID) and decides if it will let us proceed with the download of the signature updates.
Trial license users are permitted to update their signatures for 10 days after the first update. So in this tutorial we are going to see how it is possible to permanently have access to these updates without buying the software by creating a MachineGUID randomizer inside the application itself.

Please note that in this tutorial it is not shown how to crack the corresponding software, neither why it will not work in case you have used a serial from a keygen and how to fix this issue, in order to protect this method from lamers.
